Help Center (FAQ)

Subscriptions

  • How can I start receiving subscriptions?

To be eligible for subscriptions, you must register your tax ID (CPF) and payout details (bank account or PIX). You also need to set up your subscription prices in advance.

  • How do I set my subscription price?

Define the monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual prices for your subscription. You can keep proportional pricing — for example, R$ 20.00 per month and R$ 60.00 per quarter — or offer discounts for longer plans. To configure, go to “Settings > Subscription”.

  • How much can I charge for my subscription?

Subscription prices are set directly by each user. The current minimum is R$15.00 and the maximum is R$200.00 per month. To configure, go to “Settings > Subscription”.

  • How do I cancel a subscription?

Access the “Active Plans” tab under My Payments and click the cancel button. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

  • Do I receive the full amount of my subscription price?

No. The platform charges a 25% service fee. Hateds receive 75% of the subscription value.

Account

  • How do I reset my password?

Visit the login page and click “I forgot my password”. Follow the instructions sent by email.

  • How do I delete my account?

Contact support through the help form or email to request the deletion.

Withdrawals

  • What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00.

  • When is subscription revenue available for withdrawal?

Processing time depends on the payment method. Funds are released at least 7 days after payment because the subscriber can cancel during that period. PIX or boleto payments are usually released after 7 days. Credit card payments are typically released 32 days after the payment date, due to the payout schedule of the payment gateway.

Blocking

  • Can I block or be blocked freely?

No — and that’s one of Only Haters’ big differentiators. Because the platform is built for haters and they pay for access, you can’t simply block someone. A formal review is required. After the review, the block may or may not be granted depending on the findings.

  • How do I request a block?

You can request a block from different screens. On the Connections and Messages screens, click the “prohibited” icon. On the profile page, click “Block”. Then fill out the form to submit your request for review.

  • What can make a block request successful?

Any violation of our terms of use that does not result in a permanent ban from the platform can be a valid reason for blocking.

  • What is not considered a valid reason for blocking?

Users’ freedom of expression — as long as it doesn’t break the terms of use or the law — is not a valid reason. In other words, simply “being annoyed” or “not liking something”, whether it’s a comment, message, or post that doesn’t violate the rules, is not enough to justify a block.

  • How do I unblock someone?

On the “Connections > Blocked” screen you can unblock anyone you previously blocked. Keep in mind that if you need to block the same person again, the request has to go through the standard review process.

Messages

  • Why can’t I send messages to a user?

To exchange messages with a specific user, you must subscribe to them (be their hater) or vice versa. That unlocks the interaction.

  • How do I report abuse or a policy violation in a message?

Click the warning icon in the lower-left corner of the message. Then fill out the report form.

Posts

  • What is the lightning / high-voltage icon on a post?

That’s the hate button. If you dislike a post and want to “send hate”, tap it. It works like a “like” button — but in reverse.

  • Why can’t I use the hate button on a post?

Only subscribers (haters) of the post’s author can use the hate button.

  • Why can’t I comment on a post?

You must be a subscriber (hater) of the post’s author to comment. That’s what unlocks the interaction.
